Owner and Founder of Wood Books
Heidi founded Wood Books in 2021 after mastering QuickBooks Online and earning her certification as a QBO ProAdvisor. She is organized, detail oriented and has a passion for accurate bookkeeping. Heidi works closely with business owners, their CPA’s and her team of professionals to ensure she delivers accurate and timely service.
Heidi grew up in Utah and had an early focus on finance and banking. She spent several years working for Utah’s largest credit union as a Loan Officer, Notary Public and later as Branch Manager. She moved from Utah to California and now calls Texas home. Heidi stays busy managing the business and spending time with her husband and their 4 kids.

Virtual Bookkeeping: Starts at $300/month and some businesses invest $1,500+ monthly. We offer a variety of packages based on the needs of your business.
QuickBooks Online Training: Starts at $350. This includes a recorded virtual training customized to your business and 30 days of unlimited text and email support.
Clean Up Job: This price is calculated using the monthly quote multiplied by the number of months that need to be cleaned up. (Ask us about discounts that may apply.)
1099 Filings: Starts at $75 and includes up to 3 filings. Each additional filing is $20/each.
Receipt Management: $75-$100/month, depending on the number of receipts/transactions.
